I talked to a recruiter about the position. Salary was low for a SR level position (75k). The recruiter seemed uninterested and was late to the call. I had to send an email to see if she was still coming.she also didn't seem to have any knowledge about GIS and asked me a basic behavioral question which was pretty out of context. She said she would pass me to her manager but I told her I was no longer interested.

Recruiter - very basic general questions, she was nice GIS Boss - constantly talked over me, to a frustrating extent. Was hard to get a word in about my experience. Asked about very basic geoprocessing
