I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pinterest
Interview
From start to finish, the interview process was extremely smooth and transparent. Met with a recruiter, had a phone interview with the hiring manager, was given a project to do prior to in-person interview and then met with 4 team members (30 min each) in person. Each in person interviewer has a theme to their session; industry knowledge, past experience, presentation of the project, etc. Process moved very quickly, found out 4 business days after in person interview that I got the job.
