Online coding challenge -> Video interview -> Onsite Interview. Quick and professional process. Overall a great and friendly experience. My recruiter was very helpful and nice! Interviewers were real engineers and were also very friendly and intelligent. Everyone involved in the process was genuine and seemed to want the best for me!

Received OA. After I submitted OA, the recruiter contacted me for further evaluations. However, after that they never replied me back. I hope they did, even if it's with bad news.

Initial Codesignal score. Paired with an interviewer who was conducting for the first time. Question was vague and hard to understand. Recruiter was helpful throughout the process since the beginning but interview was difficult.

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pinterest (San Jose, CA) in June 2022

Codesignal OA - Not too hard, 3 medium and 1 easy leetcode questions. Recruiter Phone Screening - Good but I did not know why it took 2 weeks for her to reply back to me with the next steps although I sent a follow-up email. At the time, I thought I was ghosted. Onsite - Interviewers were lack of communication which is against their expectations of a candidate. I tried to ask for clarification of the questions but they talked a little.

Medium/Hard leetcode. I solved almost all of them except in one interview I was lost because I did not really understand the question while the interviewer was not happy to answer my questions.
