The initial communication was quick, but then after the first video chat interview it took a while to hear back from them. The video chat interview was uncomfortable because the interviewer didn’t seem interested or engaged so it was like filling out a questionnaire. I’ll chalk it up to a lack of compatibility which is completely acceptable but the experience was negative because of the weird energy that was coming my way.

I interviewed at Pinterest (São Paulo, São Paulo)
Interview
The process is well structured, very transparent. All people involved throughout seems to be very connected to the process, open to mae you questions but also to answer back. It really gives you the opportunity to actual know more about Pinterest and for the company to know about you.
Took a bit to reach out and then get back.
The interviewer felt unprepared which honestly kind of turned me off.
Basic questions- felt like they hadn't read my resume.
Very slow and uncomitted recruitment process in which they ask you to do 6 rounds of interviews as well as a pitch by the end of it. Very unresponsive recruiters.
