I was interviewed by HR and then one of the CSR managers. Very standard interview format. I went through a staffing agency, so the skills/personality tests were administered by them before I interviewed with Pioneer. The interview lasted about half an hour, and was very straightforward. The questions were standard-issue interview questions (tell me about a time you solved a complex problem, tell me about a time you had to rely on leadership to overcome an issue, etc.), nothing flashy.
