Plaid House interview questions

You meet with the program coordinator and a clinician. They ask you about your experience and why you are a good fit for the job. They explain the daily expectations and how interactions with the residents can go. Once that is done you meet with the program director. My interview lasted almost two hours but for some it is very short.
