Interview
a series of 3 interviews. first is done by an assistant manager. then the club manager. lastly the regional manager. very long process but you can tell they care a lot about who works there.
Great job if you're out of high school, I joined when I was 18 and stayed there for a year and a half. The job isn't too demanding but don't forget that it is a job at the end of the day.
