It was ok, a bit chaotic. Up until the high C-level interview everything was great, but then something didn't really click. Although what they are building is amazing, they are pretty conservative with their framework.

Entrevista directamente con la CEO. El tono fue muy formal y distante, sin apenas calidez ni estructura clara en el proceso. Para una empresa de este tamaño, sorprende que no haya presencia de RRHH acompañando.

Muchas etapas, piden ejercicios, llamada con RRHH, llamada con la CEO. Es muy extenso y lo que parece es que solo quieren buscar ideas sin la intención de contratar a alguien.
