The whole process went on for over a month. The interviews were extremely nice people, but the process as a whole was too slow and demotivating. Round 1 - General Interview - 30 minutes Round 2 - Aptitude Test Round 3 - Interview with guesstimates and puzzles - 1 hour Round 4 - Excel based Case Study - 4 hours time allocated Round 5 - Interview to check Behavior and Problem Solving skills - 1 hour

The interview process was smooth. There were several rounds of interview. 1st Round - Interaction call or the Screening call for around 30 mins. 2nd Round - Aptitude Test of 30 mins 3rd Round - Discussion round with Project Manager (Guesstimates and Normal Aptitude based questions are asked) 4th Round - Excel based case study round Final Round - Another discussion with another Project Manager ( General discussion and aptitude based questions to test best fit for the company) I wasn't able to make through the list of selected candidates post final round of interview. But the hiring team was good and very interactive but the only issue was the hiring process took more than a month.
