I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Plentific (London, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interviewing process was really bad IMO, at least compared to other companies I was interviewing with. For example, the whole process took 9 weeks, compared to a more typical 3-week process (only talking about interviews I made it to the final stage with, obviously).
The team was really unenthusiastic. I was excited about the job until I finally had an interview with an actual developer.
It began with an initial call with a recruiter. Then a takeaway coding challenge. Next, an hour-long interview with two developers. Finally, a call with the team lead.

Question 1
The coding challenge required you to create an API using Django to populate a Postgres database using Heroku.
The hour-long interview consisted of a simple challenge was an integer array-based one (I can't remember the specifics). After that were then some generic questions regarding backend stuff, such as HTTP protocols, DNS servers, etc.
