Plum Print interview questions

Video interview with manager to go over my portfolio, skills, background, and what I want from the company. Once approved a few days later I had a phone call interview with the owner that went over similar things as well as how they ran the company and what they would want from me to start and in the future. I was to start as seasonal, move to part time digitizer and then possibly move to Graphic Design designer.
