Applied for the HRBP position a couple of months ago. The role was reposted recently, which made me wonder if it was an active opening or more of an idea collection exercise. Had a conversation with hiring manager. He gave a solid overview of the company and role expectations. However, the discussion felt quite light — limited deep questions on my experience, projects, or how I would approach real challenges in a scaling audio-tech environment. It came across more as gathering market insights than a serious evaluation.
