After a quick phone call screening, I had an interview with a Sales Director. It was a friendly and relaxed one. He said he would make his decision two weeks later, but there is no response and no follow-up.

Behavioural Interview to see if you are a good fit. Interview involved questions like walk me through your resume and explanation of previous experience/education and extra curricular. Interviewed with Department Manager and Head of organization. No HR in the company at the time.
