Challenging in a good way. You role play scenarios to know how you’d handle situations on the job. Everyone was really nice and supportive throughout the process. Comfortable and laid back for such a serious agency.

I interviewed at the DC office. The interviewers were very nice and approachable, there was a role-playing hotline call that required quick thinking.

I applied online, and then took the assessment the next day. I received an email that same day saying I passed and they would like to schedule an in person interview the next day, which I thought was a good sign. However, that next day there was a snow storm so the HR woman said why don't we switch to a phone interview. I got an email and couple hours later saying nevermind, they would have to schedule all together. So I gave them my availability for the week. By the following afternoon I had not heard back about the rescheduled interview, so I emailed her back inquiring. She responded "I'm sorry, but we have fulfilled our hiring quota for this cycle".... So I was promised an interview and then the opportunity was taken away from me for a job I really wanted, all because of a snow storm. Somehow within that 12 hours, they had a job and then they did't and when I asked when the next cycle would start so I could apply again she just said "I'll keep you in mind." Definitely not a good experience.
