Pollinate (UK) interview questions

1. Intial call with the recruiter to understand the role and the interview process. 2. Intial discussion and interview with the chief architect on experience. Discussion around specific challenges in designing and building data solutions. Got more details around the company culture and ways of working. Case study kind of questions and presentation. 3. Further round with CISO around experience in desinging secure solutions, challenges and examples of situations encountered from past expereince. 4. Final discussion and negotations.

Following application and psychometric tests, I got to one-way interview stage, where there were around 5 questions. Questions were pretty simple and you're given 2 mins to answer each.
