- budget restrains to do a lot of interesting things (at least in marketing) - not a lot of career progression since it is a smaller team

- good perks and used to have a good office before downsizing; - pays above average; - generally good people except for leadership.

Cons

- struggling in the market, with a partial solution; - careless CEO that made terrible business decisions and kept spending money like royalty, whilst limiting employee expenses to the minimum. - secrecy culture with total lack of transparency; - leadership plays favourites, no matter how well you do your job, and always looks up to externals for new opportunities;
