Very smooth. The first phone screening call with recruiter is great. The second interview was with a team lead, who is super nice.
Overall experience is positive, and the company culture seems very chill.

Interview
The recruiter was very clear from the beginning what the format would be. The full cycle included the recruiter screening plus 4 interviews and a take home assignment. First interview was with the hiring manager, then a week to complete the design assignment. There were then 2 technical interviews, one for basic python and one for design. The last interview was with a higher up. Everyone was friendly and it didn't feel hard to make conversation.

Interview
It was a multi-staged interview including chats with the talent manager and people from the agent design team. There was also a take-home task to design a conversation flow and a small coding challenge. The communication was pretty good, I really enjoyed talking to all interviewers and felt I did pretty well at all stages. Sadly, they chose another candidate in the end. The check-in messages after interviews and the final feedback were a nice touch, I really appreciated it.
