From what I could gather, it is a three-round interview process. The first interview is with two people from the company. (It was relatively unclear what their roles are in the company.) The second round is with a hiring manager, and the third and final round is a one-on-one interview with the company's CEO. The interview itself was erratic and disorganized. They asked questions in a really weird order and jumped from one person to the other person in a bizarre fashion. Nothing seemed linear. Again, very disorganized and erratic. They never asked any questions about me and showed no interest in getting to know me, they seemingly only cared about what skillset I possessed and the hours I'd be willing to work. I would assume that the second round of the interview process was going to be about getting to know me as a person.
In the middle of the interview, the order of the questions had gotten so shaky and messy that I immediately lost interest in working for the company. It was also at that point that I realized that they never even took the time to tell me about the company, just went straight into random questions. So I blew the interview intentionally.
