Interview
They offered me a job and I accepted. I was due to start on a Monday, but the Friday before, I was emailed and told that the Board decided the night before to eliminate the position. This was after I had already turned down two other job offers to take this one, and those two jobs naturally moved on to other candidates. It wasn't the hiring manager's fault, and she seemed pretty professional. It is a crummy way to run things, however, and I guess it comes from the top down.
