      The members are nice to work with

      Toxic work environment, no room for advancement. They will promise you all these opportunities and then treat you like garbage.

      The members were so fun and kind. Laid back dress code. They cover health care but I've now found most credit unions do.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. So unprofessional and clearly pick favorites to train and advance.
