Positive Physicians interview process is pretty simple and very easy. I had two interviews. First, an intro phone call with your direct boss. He will have you tell you about yourself and go through your background/why you feel that you are the best fit for the position. You will also learn more detail about your role and the company itself. At the end of our phone call I was offered and we scheduled the second interview. This was an in person interview with the CEO, CFO, and my direct boss. You will pretty much repeat yourself going over your background and skills for the job, as well as answer a few STAR questions. My interview only lasted about 25 minutes. Within the hour I was offered the position.
