Interview
The process begins with an HR screening, followed by an initial interview that covers standard HR questions such as "Why us?", "What did you do before?", and how your experience relates to CAD/CAM and Mastercam. They also ask about your future goals.
The next interview is with the manager, involving math and linear algebra questions. They also ask some behavioral questions, which can overlap with the first interview.
In this stage, they explain their line of work, introduce their software solution, and discuss how it relates to Mastercam. Overall, the experience is very positive.
