Potoo Solutions interview questions

Engaged with various members of the team. Questions covered an array of methodological questions as well as technical. Most team members seemed kind. CEO seemed strange. Mention he believes in the strategy of eliminating the weakest link of a team as opposed to raising them up. After multiple interviews, I was ghosted which I find offensive and professionally unacceptable.

They contacted me after receiving my resume for a phone screening. We set the time and a couple of days later, the lady from HR called me and we spoke for about 15 minutes. We didn’t get too deep into details as she was not the hiring manager nor did she do a job directly related to the role. I sent my thank you email and after two weeks of not hearing back I emailed them. That was when they told me they would not move forward with me. They had me in limbo for a couple of weeks without having even met the team or even meeting the hiring manager, I thought I wasn’t given a fair chance. Then they only contacted me about it when I sent them an email asking for an update.
