You get a nice pep talk about the potential growth of the company, which sets expectations high = initial optimistic outlook makes you feel bubbly inside.

Cons

There is one way to do things or it’s the highway. Parameters are set by management and if you dare to be creative and use your individualistic approach, you are reprimanded.

You might get fired with no warning, Pretty abrupt. Not the friendliest office. Zero onboarding. Benefits are average.
