The interview process was very straight forward mostly consisting of your energy an potential vs what you bring to the table. If you show up on time with good energy have a coachable mindset you'll do well.

I had a phone screen interview with an HR rep. It was kind of odd - the listing said they are located in Philadelphia, but the rep then told me they are actually based in a small town that's "just 20 minutes from the Philadelphia airport." Well, I don't live at the airport, so that did not seem relevant to me. I just found it all a bit misleading.
