I have been working at Power Home Remodeling full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Coming from my previous job, I found what I was looking for here with Power. Power's culture provides a platform to help you be the best version of yourself and the best part is you do it with the help and support of your co-workers who are like your family.

We have the best training that you use on the job but also helps with everyday life. That leads to unlimited earning potential, which has provided my family and I financial freedom.

Hands Down the Best: Culture, Opportunity, Hard Work, Fun, Helping Others and Giving Back...

    Cons

My con is also a positive - What we do is hard work and it takes dedication to yourself and your team to be successful and if you're not willing to invest in yourself then its no fun. However, if you are then the opportunity is there for the taking.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you do!! I'm excited to see what the future holds...Thank you!

I have been working at Power Home Remodeling full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

There is a big opportunity to not only make very good money (depending on YOUR effort) , but also you get the chance to learn a lot about the business. Which only makes your move valuable to the company. I've also learned more about myself over the last couple of years being apart of inside sales. Being in the inside sales/ contact center world is an incredible experience.

    Cons

You will hear a lot of no's.
