I applied online. I interviewed at Power PR (Torrance, CA) in June 2014
Interview
Initial interview with the supervisor was conversational and basic. They asked about background and qualifications, but seemed more interested in sales and customer support ability. They required an in-person IQ test to see how well you were at processing and applying directions.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Power PR (Torrance, CA) in May 2016
Interview
Extremely pleasant HR representative, but the company was fairly dilapidated. There was no signage, and the business was a mess. It was unclean and cluttered. Their business model is dated. The PR Account executive seems to be more sales than PR. Overall, the process seemed extremely rushed. Also, their salary said $55,000. It ended up being $25,000 plus a 3-5 percent commission if you retain clients.
