      Battery Engineer Interview

      26 Apr 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PowerCo in Mar 2024

      Interview

Overall the interview went pretty well. The HR, Hiring Manager, and Team mates are very friendly and professional. The interview was well structured, they know what kind of person are they looking for. After each interview, I had 15min phone call to get feedback from the interviewer. The only thing that made me stressed was that the questions are quite hard. They have a high expectation regarding my knowledge and skills of battery.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Question about battery technology, how to improve quality and performance of batteries.
