PowerUs completely ghosted me after two calls: The first contact to the recruiter was quite good and then they moved me for a technical interview with their QA Lead. This second call was quite ok but it seems the interviewer didn't like it, what it's completely fine. What is not okay is ghosting a candidate! Since they didn't contacted me after a week or so, I asked for feedback or updates by email and Linkedin. The recruiter not only never replied, but also had the guts to send me an email asking for giving feedback to the recruitment process. I felt deeply disrespected by their lack of professionalism. Everyone who applies for a position is investing their time on that company and respect is the minimum we expect!
