The whole process took over 4 weeks. It started with an online application, then proceeded to a telephone interview and then a pitch interview with the CEO and COO. When I got to the last round, they had me come in for another interview round to answer additional questions. They promised to get back to me within a week afterwards, two weeks passed and had to seek feedback from the company, only to be told that the role had been put on a hiring freeze as they were looking for additional funding. This was okay, however, after two months they opened the role again. They needed a recruiter to guide them through the process since it was very bungled up from the get go.
