Extremely long drawn out process. A total of 8 interviews and 2 presentations. The expectation is that you are almost already trained and know all of their data before you even get an offer. They make you jump through hoops and after they make you wait one week they give you 24 hours notice for the next meeting. Total disrespect for peoples’ time other than their own. They blame this on being a small company where everyone is so busy. If that’s the case then hire someone with the necessary skills and train them instead of making them walk across burning coals.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Prelude Therapeutics (Wilmington, DE) in July 2022
Interview
Remote interviews, conversational, laid back. Didn't feel pressured. Some usual IT banter back and forth. Met with HR, Director, admin and VP. Had a good discussion with all, especially relating to their areas of expertise.
I interviewed at Prelude Therapeutics (Ellenwood, GA)
Interview
I believe this company is a scam they reached out to me via text saying they were looking for online marketers and said they wanted to do a zoom and they said they got my resume from LinkedIn which i don't really know i just had a gut feeling i had just been s"scammed by another company so i was very suspicious and i asked when i asked the interviewer for their they stopped texting me so please don't fall for the job scams .
