The interview process consisted of three stages. Initially, I visited the main office of the Abul Khair group, which was conveniently located directly across from the university campus. The following day, the interview took place on campus, during which the principal advisor posed several technical questions pertaining to economics. On the third day, I concluded the process by completing some necessary paperwork.

It was standard questions. 3 senior lecturer from department and department head. Asked questions about my experience. Where I studied and what’s my goal is. It was comfortable environment. They were pretty accepting
