The first one was a personality test by HR person, the second one was an interview with one of the founders who gave me certain situations and asked for my actions in that situation. The next was a programming test.

Interview
I had two interviews with different departmental managers and some workers in the group. They like to go through their slides and discuss few questions out of it. The slides talk about about what business they're involved in and at some point your job will come up for a discussion based on the slides.
