I got this offer approched by HRD on linkedin. All is okay, the interview process is so flexible and didn't waste the time. And I can request to the HRD about reschedulling. There isn't psychological test. Only fill the employee candidate form and interview by phone, the schedule for interview with user 1 & 2, in the same week.

Question 1
HRD : Almost questions are like template. Thought other company do the same questions, by my experience. User 1 : She gave me questions about something that i wrote on the employee candidate forms. So its kinda easy, just like chit chat. User 2 : Its kinda same like user 1. But He gave me tricky questions. Like, whats your commitment for this company, and why you apllied this job, and something like that.
