Pretty standard interview practices. The first interview was a basic remote screening. The second was 45 min remote interview. Felt a little rushed. Nearly 10 days after the interview, I hadnt heard back from them. I checked Linkedin and found that they had hired someone but ghosted me. They really need to improve their communication with candidates. It is a basic courtesy. I would of rated this more positively if the communation was there and the process didn’t feel rushed.
