My initial experience with Primus was positive. The Talent Acquisition staff who handled my application was responsive and professional throughout both the initial and final interview stages. Communication was prompt, and the process seemed well-structured and transparent.
However, after completing my final interview, I was asked to sign several documents, including a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), job application form, and privacy statements. I complied and submitted the required documents promptly, anticipating that this might be part of the pre-employment or offer process.
Unfortunately, after submitting these documents, communication from the company ceased entirely. Despite several follow-ups over the course of more than a month, I have not received any updates or feedback regarding my application status.
This lack of response after collecting personal and sensitive information is concerning and reflects poorly on the company’s recruitment transparency and professionalism. While the initial process showed promise, the experience ultimately left me disappointed due to the sudden lack of communication and closure.
