Interview
The process was on Zoom with 45 minutes allotted to the interview. The interviewer asked a total of 9 questions (4 being scenario-based). Afterward, there was time to ask questions.

5. What would you do if all your meetings, documents, and notes were in the local language and which you haven't learned yet and there is only one other English speaker in the office?
6. In your host country you will encounter practices you don't agree with. Is it more important to express your core values or understand and respect community differences?

I applied online where I submitted a few short answers and then a video and then was given an interview with structured scenario questions about potential challenges that may come up and how I would respond.

It was a positive experience. It seemed like they really just wanted to get to know you and how you would act in certain situations abroad. The interview lasted for about 30 minutes for me.
