An external recruiter reached out to me after I applied on LinkedIn. We had a first call and then a first screening interview. Then the recruiter's colleague took over. I had a first call with the hiring manager, who was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Then I had a call with the rest of the team, which also went very well. Then I had a week to prepare a business case which then I presented to the team and the hiring manager. This also went well, with a couple of follow up questions which could be considered a bit difficult, as they were sector and company related. Final interview with the COO and the Business Analyst, which did not go as smooth as all the previous rounds.
A couple of days later I was asked to give references to which I agreed, only if I had an offer letter at least, as I didn't want to disclose to my current employer that i am thinking a relocation to Dubai. After that, no news. It has been a month almost
