I received a screening phone call from HR. She was nice and friendly. The offer was low, only $US1,000/month and the risky part is they don't cover Personal Income Tax and Social Insurance as required by the Vietnamese Government. I did some Google searche and found negative reviews about the service they offer as well. So I canceled the 1:1 interview with the team.

Interview
The first round with HR SaSa, she is nice, asking about the previous experience and introduce about the company line of business (crypto trading platform). Everything was fine until the expected salary part. This is a risky line of business which is not approved by Vietnamese law but they only willing to pay the low salary. There is no social insurance or anything else according to Vietnamese law. Company will pay via USDT and you need to cash out to USD in Binance wallet. I asked for 800 USD per month but still failed If you want to be recruited, you need to ask for lower and take more risk.
