Prodigi (United Kingdom) interview questions

I applied online for the position and was then invited for a video interview with the Co-founder. In the interview mainly focuses on my motivations and we had a good discussion about my ideas and the potential of the role. After the first interview, I was invited for another interview with a senior manager and another co-founder. The interview was similar but focused more on my background and how my experiences could translate into the role I was applying for. After this interview I was made the offer. Overall, I found the process enjoyable as they were genuinely interested to get to know me as a person and my motivations rather than just a long-list of my CV.
