They needed people hired me immediate after the interview. Promised a lot of growth and opportunity during the interview but it was all a fake because they just needed the additional help as soon as possible. They hire a lot of temps and go through employees like its everyday business.

Once called in for an interview you meet with the HR and department manager. They then let you meet the staff you may potentially work with. The staff members decide if they like you and if they do the company offers a job on the spot. I find if weird that they do this. They don’t screen people that well and have a high turnover rate.
