Interview
After submitting my application, I was asked to complete an online personality quiz. I then had a phone interview with one of their recruiters who passed me to the next step. I interviewed with two managers at once at their office. They did a 10 year background check (I saw the results- VERY thorough). There was no drug test, but they ask if you can pass one when you fill out the info for the background check.

Tell us about a time where you went above and beyond the call of your job duties and why.
It lasted about an hour, so be prepared.
They utilize the STAR method and even provided a pdf file on how to prepare for the interview.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
