First had an interview on the phone. It is imperative to use to STAR format. I did some research the night before, and thought extensivley about what situations I could use for specific questions. It was better to have thought about it before hand, because I would have really been put on the spot.

3 interviews total, 1 recorded of yourself answering questions the have for you. 2nd is with someone and 3rd is also with a manager then talking about next steps. It was more intense than I thought.
