Step 1: Complete the application. Step 2: Complete an assessment. -This involves knowing basic vocabulary and calculating percentages. Step 3: Complete a self recorded interview through Hireview. -This will involve 8 behavior based questions. -Make sure to still show some excitement, it can be easy to forget to smile when no one is on the other end. Final Step (4): 1 on 1 interview with a hiring manager, this is also done on Hireview. -It begins with the basics Talk about each position on your resume (be sure to speak about your customer service abilities and other skills you have learned). why progressive? what do you know about progressive? Make sure to explore their website to come up with answers to these questions. Then you get into 4 behavior based questions. -Have stories in this format: What happened (be specific) What did you do (be detailed) What was the result (give numbers if possible) What did you learn (literally say from this I learned..) -Don't be afraid to take a second to think before telling the story or to have some notes on your screen, even if they notice, it shows you came prepared. The most important thing to remember is to be personable. Make a connection with your hiring manager to show them you can do the same with their customers. I believe they are big on preparation.
