I have applied for this a few times over the last ten years as I gained general office experience and third time's a charm! I didn't make it past sending my resume the first two times so this time when I got my assessment request I was beyond excited. The assessment is alot more thorough then I have experienced from other employers they go through vocabulary (think SAT words) and alot of math, percentages pay rate differential etc. Then you get a breif training on a call system and do two call demos where you have to find the correct spots to put information and recalling information. About a day later I got an email saying I had passed and moved on to the first of two video interviews. This interview you watch 8 video questions or scenarios and have to pull from your professional experience to answer. They want the answers in star format (if you are a good interviewer and have been through these before you will do well with little prep) there is a good link they send you to prepare you for them. I did my video questionnaire yesterday and got my email today that I am moving onto the face to face video interview (woohoo!!) I scheduled it for next week and will post an update if I receive an offer! If you've tried before keep trying! The more professional experience you gain the better fit you will be!
