To be hired on with Progressive, made me feel safe, due to the many requirements for interviewing. I did a standard application, phone interviews, a test involving a lot of math, and a video interview.

Interview
They use the STAR method. It starts with a telephone interview and if you are moved along, you are given a few options of when to do a Skype interview. After that, you wait to receive an offer of employment.
