Resume review, online assessment and phone interview. They use star question format. Pleasant interviewer on the phone. Still waiting on call back. So far up front and stress free process. The next process is a background check and a in person interview. So far they seem very open and I hope i get a call back.

The interview process is pretty strenuous. You do have an assessment that you have to take. Before you get the in person interview. After you do the assessment you do have virtual star question method questions that you have to answer. If you don’t do well with that you won’t get the final interview with the recruiter or hiring person. Definitely study STAR questions. They’re kinda hard. And then the final interview they do ask you a few star questions as well. You can use the ones from your virtual interview. It was really easy-going though. I did appreciate how easy the conversation was for the final interview.
