Apply online, take online assessment which included vocabulary no one ever really uses in real life, a lot of math with percentages, and a couple call simulations. If you pass this you will be invited to do a recorded interview . This felt completely unprofessional as if the company does not care about attracting top talent. If they did they would have a live person conduct the interview. If you pass this you will be invited to an interview with an actual person.
Felt like the video interview could be used to discriminate against candidates before actually meeting someone. Not impressed with this company and it's process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

2. Misunderstanding between you and a customer, and you were unable to meet your expectations describe the specific situation the actions that you took and the outcome of the situation
3. Tell me about the situation when you had to adapt existential process or encounter while working on an assignment at work or during college please describe the situation how you adapted to the change and the results
4. Think about a time when you need to learn something new in order to accomplish a task at work or during college, please describe the situation your actions and the outcome

Interview
Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.
