STAR BASED INTERVIEW . Straightforward and easy conversion with 2 managers. It took just under an hour. Just know your previous role well and place into STAR format. Go for it! Good company.

Interview
Lengthy personality test, software instruction and trial run, then in the next round you are asked to record a video of yourself answering prompts/questions. Final interview stage is with real people.
