After submitting application, received email to complete an assessment the same day. After submitting the assessment, received an email the next day to complete a virtual interview (30 minute self recorded video interview which is reviewed only by recruiters - I’ve listed some of the questions below). Submitted the virtual interview within 2 days, waited another 2 days and received an email to schedule my second interview which is with a supervisor or manager. Next available date was 2 weeks out. This interview lasted a hour, mostly going over the position, company, and expectations. Was asked about 5 more behavioral based questions that needed to be answered in STAR format. Was told I would be updated with a decision in 1 week. Didn’t hear anything for a week and a half. Received a call from a recruiter saying the position was filled but the manager really liked me and would like to keep my info for a future opening. Stated I would not have to do an assessment or interview again, I would just receive an offer as long as it’s within 6 months… 3-4 days later another position opened and I received a call for a contingency offer (background check to be cleared). Took about 10 total days for the background check to clear with the outside company as well as the internal progressive team. Received my official offer after background cleared. Process from application to offer took a little over a month.
